I am a native Texas and I have been living in Austin for over 20 years.

I graduated Suma Cum Laude from Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas with a BBA in 1986 and obtained my Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas in 1987. In 1988 I passed all 4 parts of the Uniform Certified Public Accounting Exam in 1 sitting scoring in the top 10 in the State of Texas.

After graduating from UT I started work for Ernest and Young in the Austin office and worked in the tax department where I became experienced in Individual, Corporate and Partnership Taxation.  I was part of a tax group who helped one of our major corporate clients get a refund of $13 million in a record time an was awarded a framed copy of the IRS refund check signed by a corporate officer and given to us at a special corporate recognition ceremony.

I now have my own practice in Northwest Austin where I operate from my home office.  I have been married for over 4 years to my lovely wife Tamara and have a beautiful step-daughter named Kelsey.

And yes I do have a personality.
